Szenario 2020

Am 25. und 26.1. war es denn endlich soweit gewesen. Nach einer Terminverschiebung mussten wir ein paar Wochen länger als üblich warten, bis unsere Tabletopjahr Auftaktveranstaltung im Südwesten endlich starten konnte.

Aufgrund einer Terminkollision musste die Szenario 2020 ungewohnt spät in den Januar gelegt werden.

Ja; ich gebe es zu. Das war dann schon eine etwas längere Durststrecke als gewöhnlich.

Umso genialer für mich, weil ich endlich mal entspannt in Hackenheim aufschlagen konnte.

Ein paar Tage Resturlaub und als Abschluss dann ein Spielwochenende hat dann tatsächlich etwas.

Die wie immer fast schon familiär zu nennende Veranstaltung war dann für mich auch mit viel quatschen, aber auch spielen verbunden.

Vielen Dank an Jürgen für die tolle Einführung in Kill Team, obwohl ich nur ein Drittel der Spieldauer aufmerksam daran teilnehmen konnte. Ein längeres Spiel in einer unserer Club Spielrunden ist jetzt ein großer Wunsch von mir.

Vielen Dank auch an die TT Nerds aus Mainz, die mir und meinem Spielpartner Dennis das mega amüsante Asterix Rugby Spiel nähergebracht haben, das uns tatsächlich in die Welt des Comics Asterix bei den Briten zurückversetzen konnte.

Da ich von diesem Spiel doch ein paar Bilder mehr gemacht habe, wird da noch ein kleiner Spielbericht folgen.

Die Veranstaltung war wieder sagenhaft rund, und ich möchte jetzt gar nicht mehr viel darüber schreiben. Ich werde jetzt die Bilder sprechen lassen.

Wie jedes Jahr kann ich all denen, die noch nie auf der Veranstaltung waren, nur eins sagen: Fahrt mal nach Hackenheim, es lohnt sich.

Na und obwohl ich nur den sehr informativen Vortrag zu den Karolingern hören konnte, und nicht den Vortrag über Pferdebemalung, was ich wirklich bedaure, war ich nach der Veranstaltung so angetan, dass ich 27 Pferde der Reiter von Rohan diese Woche angemalt habe, die schon seit mehr als einem Jahrzehnt grundiert in der Schublade auf eine Bemalung warteten. Einen solchen Pferdeoutput in so kurzer Zeit hatte ich noch nie.

Traditionell ist die Szenario ja das Nachfolgetreffen des früheren Herr der Ringe Spiele Usertreffens, und in meinem Hirn werden da offensichtlich Synapsen geweckt.

Mich weiß diese Veranstaltung eben immer zu begeistern; und meine Freude darüber möchte ich mit Euch und mit Hilfe dieser Fotostrecke teilen.

 

Viel Spaß mit den Bildern der Spielplatten

 

On January 25th and 26th had it finally happened. After a postponement we had to wait a few weeks longer than usual before our tabletop year kick-off event in the southwest could finally start.

Due to an appointment collision, the 2020 scenario had to be postponed to late January.

Yes; I admit it. That was a somewhat longer dry spell than usual.

All the more brilliant for me, because I was finally able to relax in Hackenheim.

A few days of rest and then a game weekend as a conclusion actually has something.

The event, which was almost always family-like, was associated with a lot of chatting but also playing.

Many thanks to Jürgen for the great introduction to Kill Team, although I was only able to participate attentively for a third of the playing time. A longer game in one of our club game rounds is now a big wish of mine.

Many thanks also to the TT Nerds from Mainz, who brought me and my play partner Dennis closer to the mega amusing Asterix rugby game, which could actually put us back into the world of the comic Asterix in Britain.

Since I took a few more pictures of this game, a little game report will follow.

The event was once again fabulously round and I don't want to write much about it anymore.

As every year, I can only say one thing to everyone who has never been to the event: go to Hackenheim, it's worth it.

Well and although I could only hear the very informative lecture on the Carolingians, and not the lecture on horse painting, which I really regret, I was so impressed after the event that I painted 27 horses of the Rohan riders this week. More than a decade they was waiting in the drawer for painting. I have never had such a horse output in such a short time.
