Crisis 2017 - And the winner is ...

Auch dieses Jahr zog es uns wieder zur Crisis nach Antwerpen.

Ist ja selbstverständlich; denn man hat ja auch Verpflichtungen gegenüber seinen besten Kunden.

Wir, Jens, Heiko, Ralf und ich freuen uns ja immer sehr auf die Messe. Denn was wir an Antwerpen so schätzen, ist die Offenheit und Begeisterungsfähigkeit vor allem des ausländischen Publikums.
Ist dann auch irgendwie ein mega Motivationsschub dort so viel positives Feedback zu bekommen.
Deshalb von dieser Stelle im Namen von Jens mal ein Dankeschön an alle Kunden.

Die Begeisterung hat dann aber auch dazu geführt, dass ich gefühlt max. 45 Minuten rumschlendern konnte, um die Fotos zu machen. Wir hatten nämlich ziemlich viele Kundengespräche.
Es sei mir also vergeben, wenn der Ein oder Andere seine Präsentation nicht wiederfinden sollte.
Es dürften aber nur ein paar fehlen; und wenn, dann relativ kleine, vor allem Händlerpräsentationen.
Ich betone es ja immer wieder, dass ich jedes Jahr aufs neue von der Crisis begeistert bin. Es gibt auch sehr viele Präsentationen, die mit einem hohen Standard daher kommen, und deshalb möchte ich in gewohnter Tradition auch die für mich Besten präsentieren.
Alle anderen Tische werde ich zum größten Teil unkommentiert hier zeigen.

Also this year we moved again to the Crisis in Antwerp.
Yes, of course; because you have obligations to your best customers.
We, Jens, Heiko, Ralf and I myself are always looking forward to the fair.
Because what we appreciate so much about Antwerp is the openness and enthusiasm, especially of the foreign public.
That‘s a mega motivation boost to get so much positive feedback.
Therefore from this place in the name of Jens it‘s time to THANK YOU, our dear customers.
We had a lot of customer conversations, and so I have had only 45 minutes or so to take the pictures.
So I'm forgiven, if one or the other should not find his presentation here.
But there are only a few missing; and if so, then relatively the small, especially dealer presentations.
I emphasize again and again that every year I am thrilled with the Crisis. There are also many presentations that come with a high standard, and therefore I would like to present in the usual tradition my personal winners.
All other tables I will show for the most part without comment.

Platz 1) Trenton – Eine fantastische Platte. Natürlich bin ich als British Grenadier Spieler da auch vorbelastet; aber mich hat der Look überzeugt.

1st place) Trenton - A fantastic game setting. Of course, as a British Grenadier player, I'm also biased; but the look convinced me.

Platz 2) Der war für mich zweimal besetzt:
Hell‘s Highway – Die zusammengeschossene britische Kolonne wirkte extrem realistisch.

2nd place) was occupied twice for me:
Hell's Highway - The collapsed British column seemed extremely realistic.

French Indian War – Einfach super Details; das Dorf, die Figuren, das kleine Schiff. Toll.

Platz 3) Cold War 86/88 – Ich habe schon so viele schlimme Team Yankee Platten im Netz gesehen. Hier wurde jetzt zwar kein Team Yankee gespielt, aber ich empfehle allen modernen Spielern sich einmal an dieser Platte zu orientieren. Klasse.

3rd place) Modern Scenario - I've seen so many bad Team Yankee tables online. Team yankee wasn't played here, but I wish that modern players will find here a great inspiration. Great job.

Platz 4) Diese Kongoplatte überzeugte auch mit einer handwerklich perfekten Abbildung eines Krals. Fand ich extrem gut gelungen.

4th place) This Congo table also impressed me with a perfectly crafted figure of a kral. I found it extremely well done.

Dann gab es zwei große Platten:
Direkt am Eingang wurde man von einer riesigen GW Fantasy Präsentation empfangen.

Then there were two really big gaming tables:

Right at the entrance you were greeted by a huge GW Fantasy presentation.

Na und dann war da auch noch der Spieltisch mit den League of Augsburg Figuren von Barry Hilton: Mehr als 2.500 Figuren von einer Person in einem Jahr bemalt. Das muss man auch einmal hinbekommen.

Well and then there was also the game table with the League of Augsburg figures of Barry Hilton: More than 2,500 figures painted by only one person in a year. You have to get that done.

Mein Lieblingshersteller von Gaming Mats war auch vertreten: Hier meine Lieblingsdecke als Spielfläche von Cigar Box Battle Mats. Wenn da die Versandkosten nicht so horrend wären.
